With the Houston weather creeping up to 100 degrees this weekend, I was in no mood to bake. Plus, I’ve recently learned that I am prediabetic – which is the real bummer since breads and desserts are in my blood (pun intended lol).

But silver lining, I’m determined to find smart substitutes that actually taste good so I can continue to create deliciousness in the kitchen while keeping my health in check. This frozen yogurt bar recipe is just the beginning!
