So I initially wanted to make a strawberry pie for Valentine’s Day(it felt out of the ordinary of pie recipes and I saw it in a movie once), but when the time came to make it I was in need of a lighter lift so here we are! These strawberry muffins were BERRY delicious, tangy, and not too sweet – perfect for a breakfast/brunchy treat. Want it to give a more dessert vibe? Fluff up some cream cheese icing on top and there you go!
