A Mash made in heaven: Cheesy Mashed Potato Bread

August has been crazy busy and I haven’t really baked in my kitchen all month, so what else to make first than a mega comfort food mash up?? This recipe combines all my faves – cheese, mashed potatoes, and bread (duh)! Two ingredient dough and ten minutes in the oven, I’m partly obsessed with this bread because it really is SO simple to make.

Seriously, I’ve made this four times and it hits the spot every time. Usually we have it as a snack but tonight it’ll double as dinner along with a yummy soup as opposed to the chives and bacon bits sour cream mix I usually do. I must mention that I also cut an extra corner and just buy pre-made mashed potatoes then mix up the italian seasoning and cheese from there…but you do what you feel!
