When I say that I’m obsessed with this recipe I mean it – I’ve already made it twice in one month! Two things I never had much of prior to making this – orzo pasta and Boursin cheese – and who knew how harmoniously wonderful they were together? I came across this meal on TikTok and all you really need is one pan and 20 minutes.

When making this dish for my family I added a little extra cheese, a little extra sun-dried tomatoes, and a little extra minced garlic because we are who we are. Feel free to also add your own protein, we went with shrimp but chicken or steak should get along just fine!
